RULES AND CONDITIONS OF THE ORGANIZER OF GAMBLING
REGARDING THE CONDUCT OF INTERNET CASINO GAMBLING
(updated edition)

 

SECTION 1. INTRODUCTION. RULES OF THE GAMBLING ORGANIZER AND RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE GAMBLING

1.1. The information on this website is provided by Limited Liability Company “Limon”, legal entity identification code – 43618640, address: Ukraine, 01042, Kyiv, Dmytra Doroshenka Street, Building No. 18, Office 421.
1.2. These rules of the gambling organizer regarding the conduct of internet casino gambling (hereinafter – “Rules”) are an integral part of the Agreement on Participation in Internet Casino Gambling (offer) (hereinafter – the “Agreement”) and determine the general procedure and conditions for conducting internet casino gambling. They contain the rules of participation in those types of gambling organized and conducted by the internet casino gambling organizer – Limited Liability Company “Limon”, a legal entity operating on the basis of the License for the organization and conduct of internet casino gambling dated 30.09.2021 under the decision of СRGL  No. 603 dated 27.09.2021 (hereinafter – the “Organizer”), and regulate the relationship between the Organizer and the Player.
1.3. The Organizer publishes these Rules on its website https://championcasino.ua, and by registering on this site, the Player confirms that they have read these Rules and the Agreement and accept them in full.

 

SECTION 2. KEY CONCEPTS AND TERMS

2.1. The terms used in the Rules have the following meanings both in the text of these Rules and in the content of all conditions on the Website https://championcasino.ua:
2.2. Gambling – any game that requires the Player to place a Bet, which gives the right to receive a Win (prize), the probability and amount of which depends fully or partially on chance, as well as the knowledge and skills of the Player.
2.3. Casino gambling – cylinder games (roulette), card games (including poker), dice games, slot machine games.
2.4. Promotions – special marketing campaigns in which the Organizer invites Players to fulfill certain conditions to enhance gaming activity. Participation in a Promotion does not imply income generation for the Player and does not encourage them to participate in a Gambling.
2.5. Bonus – an element and/or a set of elements of the gaming process that has no monetary equivalent or definition and is part of the gameplay according to the game provider’s terms. Any actions with bonuses do not result in Player income and are part of participation in Gambling. Bonuses may take the form of FS, EMS, and other types.
2.6. Gambling Organizer Brand – a set of qualitative characteristics of designations that allow any person to distinguish the gambling organizer from others using intellectual property objects, particularly through the “ChampionCasino” brand.
2.7. Website – the Organizer’s website at https://championcasino.ua, through which the Organizer conducts activities on the Internet.
2.8. Wager – the conditions established in relation to Bonuses and/or Deposits, free spins (FS), and/or In-game winnings from free spins (FS), determining the coefficient and/or required number and/or amount of Bets the Player must make before the electronic monetary substitutes can be received as a Win (prize) or to use the Bonus and/or free spins (FS) under the promotion conditions. The wager is set individually for each Bonus, Deposit, free spins (FS), and/or In-game winnings from FS and may be set individually for each Player.
2.9. Win (prize) – monetary funds payable to the Player in case of winning a Gambling, in an amount that constitutes the positive difference between the Payout amount and the cost of payment system commissions, taxes, and fees withheld in accordance with applicable legislation and these Rules.
2.10. Payout – a financial operation for transferring, at the Player’s request, an amount of money from their Game balance (account) to their bank account (Deposit/Bet refund, payment of Win (prize), other payments). Electronic monetary substitutes are exchanged for money at the moment of Payout from the Player’s Game balance (account) to their personal bank account. The Payout changes the balance of electronic monetary substitutes on the Player’s Game balance (account).
2.11. In-game win – a quantitative value of electronic monetary substitutes that reflects the Player’s progress in the Gambling, is not a Win (prize) payable in cash, is not the Player's income, and has no economic consequences.
2.12. Responsible gambling – a basic principle of gambling organization and conduct, which involves taking measures by organizers to prevent and minimize negative consequences of a person’s participation in gambling, as well as measures aimed at organizing self-restriction and self-control for Players.
2.13. Virtual game – a game consisting of virtual events created using gaming equipment or mechanical-technical means, whose result is unknown in advance and cannot be influenced by the Player and/or gambling organizer.
2.14. Random Number Generator (RNG) – a component of the online system of the gambling organizer that, during the conduct of Gambling, generates a sequence of unrelated numbers and ensures the random nature of the Win (prize).
2.15. Player – a natural person who, at the time of participation, is 21 years old, legally competent, not listed in the Register of persons with restricted access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, and voluntarily participates in a Gambling on the Website https://championcasino.ua, not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, not subject to restrictions set by law or these Rules, and not recognized as undesirable by the Organizer for reasons defined in these Rules and applicable legislation.
If the legislation of the Player’s country of residence and/or permanent residence sets a different minimum age for participation in gambling, participation on the Website is allowed only if the Player meets those requirements and the laws of Ukraine.
2.16. Player with “undesirable” status – a Player recognized by the Organizer as violating the Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of Activities on the Organization and Conduct of Gambling,” the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of Criminal Proceeds, Financing of Terrorism and Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction,” the Organizer’s Rules, the Agreement, and/or the principles of responsible gambling, and/or who creates risks for the Organizer's activities, and/or for whom there is a justified suspicion, and/or who hinders receipt of In-game winnings, the payment of Wins (prizes), offends the dignity of Players and/or Organizer employees, refuses to undergo identification (verification), and/or takes other actions that result in temporary or indefinite access restriction to the Personal Account.
2.17. Gaming equipment – the Organizer’s online system intended and/or used for organizing and/or conducting Gambling.
2.18. Deposit – the amount of money deposited by the Player into the Game balance (account) to participate in Gambling. Upon deposit, the funds are exchanged into electronic monetary substitutes.
2.19. Request (order) – a Player’s request to the Organizer to withdraw funds from the Player’s Game balance (account).
2.20. Electronic monetary substitute (EMS) – a game substitute for the hryvnia that contains information about its nominal value, allows placing a Bet in a Gambling, is exchanged by the Player for money, and is accounted for on the Player’s Game balance (account). The Organizer does not sell electronic monetary substitutes. They are not property, have no independent value, are not exchangeable for other currencies, and are used under these Rules for tracking the course and results of Gambling. On the Organizer’s Website, they may only be used for Bets and participation in Gambling.
2.21. Player’s Game balance (account) – a special account opened for the Player to participate in Gambling, reflecting the amount of electronic monetary substitutes the Player may use for Bets and/or initiate Deposit refunds and/or request Payouts.
2.22. Mobile (software) application – the ChampionCasino computer program (software) intended for mobile devices running on various operating systems (iOS, Android, etc.) through which the Organizer’s online system operates for the organization and conduct of Gambling.
2.23. Online system for organizing and conducting Gambling (online system) – a combination of technical, software, and software-hardware means that ensures the organization and conduct of Gambling (including on the Internet), the collection, accounting, and registration of Bets, determining, accounting, and payout of Wins (prizes), and the performance of other operations related to gambling, as well as the storage of relevant information.
2.24. Internet casino gambling organizer – a legal entity resident in Ukraine, which, on the basis of a license, is entitled to organize and conduct internet casino gambling under the law.
2.25. Personal account – a part of the Organizer’s online system that provides the Player with complete information about their actions, agreements with the gambling organizer, game balance, and contains identification/verification information of the Player.
2.26. Software directly used in the organization and conduct of Gambling – software intended for collecting, accounting, and registering Bets, determining and paying out Wins (prizes), creating databases, and determining the result of the Gambling, including Win (prize) calculations. This includes the random number generator and any software that is part of or belongs to the Organizer’s online system.
2.27. Payment system – the payment organization, payment system participants, and the set of relationships between them when transferring funds. The Payment system ensures settlements and payment transactions between the Player and the Organizer. The Payment system is an independent organization (legal entity established under the legislation of Ukraine or another country) providing services to Players and the Organizer based on contracts.
2.28. Deposit return – a Player-initiated transaction to withdraw the deposited funds. A Deposit return is not a Win (prize) payout, does not increase the Player’s financial or property status, does not constitute income, and changes the Player’s Game balance (account).
2.29. Replenishment – a financial transaction in which the Player deposits funds into their Game balance (account) for participation in Gambling.
2.30. Bet – electronic monetary substitutes transferred by the Player to the Organizer as a condition of participation in a Gambling. The amount determines the potential In-game win. The Bet made by the Player in the Gambling Game is not subject to return, except for the cases provided for in clause 4.3.21 of these Rules.
2.31. Transaction – any operation involving the movement of electronic monetary substitutes on the Player’s Game balance (account).
2.32. Authorized body – the central executive authority implementing state policy in the field of gambling and lotteries (State Agency of Ukraine PlayCity).
2.33. Free spins (FS) – a type of Bonus the Player may receive for participation in Gambling and for completing tasks or conditions defined by the Organizer in a relevant Promotion or other activity offered by the Organizer.
2.34. UAH – the name of the electronic monetary substitute used by the Organizer during internet casino gambling.
2.35. Other terms are used in the meaning given in the Law of Ukraine No. 768-IX dated 14.07.2020 “On State Regulation of Activities on the Organization and Conduct of Gambling” as amended.

 

SECTION 3. GENERAL INFORMATION

3.1. These Rules apply to the participation of Players in all Gambling on the Organizer’s Website https://championcasino.ua and in the Mobile Application.
3.2. The placement of a Bet by the Player in any Gambling on the Website https://championcasino.ua and/or the Mobile Application confirms the Player’s agreement with these Rules and the Agreement.
3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes, edit, update, and modify any provisions of the Rules for a number of reasons, including commercial, legal (due to changes in regulations), as well as reasons related to the organization and conduct of internet casino gambling. The Organizer notifies Players of changes by publishing a new version of the Rules on the Website. The Rules take effect immediately upon being posted on the Website. The Player is obliged to review the current Rules and check for updates.
3.4. The Player has the right to refuse to accept amendments and additions to the Rules, which means the Player refuses further use of the Website.
3.5. The Player independently creates a Personal Account in the Organizer’s online gambling system (registration).
3.6. By registering on the Website https://championcasino.ua, the Player confirms that they are not a resident of administrative units of the aggressor country operating in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, including the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, as well as the following jurisdictions: Australia, Austria, Algeria, Afghanistan, Belgium, Republic of Belarus, Bulgaria, Venezuela, Brazil, Brunei, Vatican, the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Denmark, Ecuador, Estonia, Israel, India, Indonesia, Italy, Spain, the Cayman Islands, Cambodia, Qatar, PRC, DPRK, Cuba, Kuwait, the Netherlands, Germany, New Zealand, Norway, UAE, Pakistan, Panama, Poland, Russian Federation, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, the USA, Turkey, Syria, Finland, France, Croatia, Japan and any of the territories legally associated with the aforementioned countries. This list may be changed by the Organizer without prior notice.
3.7. By registering on the Website https://championcasino.ua, the Player confirms that they are not:
a) a legally incompetent or partially incapacitated person;
b) a person under the age of 21;
c) a person subject to legal restrictions;
d) a person under the influence of drugs or alcohol;
e) a person recognized as undesirable by the Organizer;
f) a person listed in the Register of persons restricted from access to gambling establishments and/or participation in Gambling.
3.8. By accepting these Rules, the Player agrees not to register a Personal Account and not to attempt to use the Player’s Game balance (account) if they are a citizen of or located in any of the countries listed in clause 3.6. Otherwise, the Player’s Personal Account will be blocked. By accepting these Rules, the Player also agrees that the Organizer has the right to unilaterally decide on Payouts from a blocked Personal Account, except for the return of Bets to legal representatives.
3.9. In case of violation of these Rules, the Organizer reserves the right to block the Player’s Personal Account and refuse to pay any Wins (prizes) to such Player.
3.10. Disputes arising in connection with the execution of these Rules shall be resolved in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
3.11. Nothing in the Rules shall be construed as establishing agency relations, partnership, joint activity, employment, or any other legal relationship not expressly provided for in these Rules between the Player and the Organizer.
3.12. A Player who believes that their rights and interests have been violated as a result of the actions of the Organizer or third parties may contact the support service on the Website to submit a complaint or send it to the email address [email protected]. Requests sent to the Organizer’s support service email are processed within 2 days (48 hours) from the day following the date of receipt.
3.13. All phone calls with the Organizer’s support service are recorded (in real time) with the Player’s confidentiality ensured. By accepting these Rules, the Player gives their unconditional consent to the recording of phone conversations by the Organizer’s support service. The Organizer reserves the right to store and use the information obtained as a result of such calls. Refusal to allow recording of the Player’s phone conversations with the Organizer’s support service shall be deemed a material breach of the Rules by the Player.
3.14. The Player consents to receive promotional materials (bonuses, promotions, information, etc.) distributed via e-mail, SMS, internet messengers, social networks, etc., and agrees to the terms of promotional campaigns, bonus and individual offers.
3.15. In the event that legal acts are adopted by the authorities of Ukraine that fully or partially affect the operation of the Website, the Organizer reserves the right to make any changes to the functioning of the Website aimed at bringing its activities into compliance with the requirements of current legislation.
3.16. If these Rules are published on the Website in several languages (in addition to Ukrainian and English) for informational purposes and to facilitate Player access, the Player agrees that in the event of any discrepancies between the Ukrainian-language version of these Rules and a version in another language, the Ukrainian-language version shall prevail.

 

SECTION 4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE GAMBLING ORGANIZER

4.1. The Organizer is prohibited from:
4.1.1. Accepting Bets in a Gambling from persons who cannot be Players in accordance with these Rules and the Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of Activities on the Organization and Conduct of Gambling.”
4.1.2. Accepting Bets on gambling games that bear signs of a lottery, accepting Bets on the results of lottery drawings in Ukraine and/or other countries.
4.1.3. Conducting internet casino gambling without a license.
4.1.4. Offering as a prize, or providing as a prize, or giving Players for free alcoholic and/or low-alcohol beverages, tobacco products, or other property, ownership or disposal of which requires relevant permits or licenses.
4.1.5. Forcing Players to participate in Gambling.
4.1.6. Making a Payout of Winnings (prizes), their equivalent, or a return of a Bet to any third parties, including persons to whom the Player proposes to make such Payout, equivalent, or return. This restriction does not apply to requests for the payment of Winnings (prizes) and/or return of Bets made by a person under the age of 21, an incapacitated person, or a person with limited legal capacity, if the requesting person is their legal representative.
At the same time, the Organizer's representatives, upon request, shall verify each case of Transactions and/or Payouts with subsequent notification to law enforcement or regulatory authorities if unlawful actions (including fraud) are suspected. During the review, the Player’s Personal Account may be blocked.
4.1.7. Accepting Bets on credit (with deferred payment) or with subsequent payment, except for payment by credit or debit cards with authorized payment confirmation.
4.1.8. Providing loans to Players for participation in Gambling; placing banks, credit institutions, pawnshops, ATMs, or currency exchange points in gambling establishments.
4.1.9. Using uncertified gambling equipment that is subject to certification requirements by the Authorized Body.

4.2. The Organizer has the right to:
4.2.1. Operate based on a license for organizing and conducting internet casino gambling.
4.2.2. Conduct other gambling-related activities upon obtaining the relevant license.
4.2.3. Organize and conduct internet casino gambling in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of Activities on the Organization and Conduct of Gambling” via the Website https://championcasino.ua and the Mobile Application.
4.2.4. Accept Bets from Players located in Ukraine or abroad, subject to the exceptions in clause 3.6.
4.2.5. Refuse to pay out Winnings (prizes), return the Deposit/Bet or make other Payments to the Player and to a person who is not a Player and is not entitled to receive such Winnings (prizes) or Bet in accordance with these Rules.
4.2.6. Refuse to accept any Bet from a Player.
4.2.7. Refuse to pay out Winnings (prizes) and to return Deposits or Bets made by the Player in the cases provided by the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of Criminal Proceeds, Terrorist Financing and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction.”
4.2.8. Prohibit or restrict access to the Website https://championcasino.ua to any Player and/or visitor who interferes with placing Bets or is suspected of using methods, technologies, software, or techniques that may affect In-game results or interferes with Payouts, violates the Rules, Agreement, or other internal documents of the Organizer.
4.2.9. Prohibit or restrict access to the Player and/or visitor to the Website https://championcasino.ua if such a person insults the honor and dignity of visitors, Players, employees of the Organizer, third parties and/or refuses to carry out identification (verification, data establishment) or commits other actions that impede the activities of the Organizer.
4.2.10. Prohibit participation in a Gambling and block the Personal Account of a Player who violates these Rules, the Agreement, or other internal documents of the Organizer.
4.2.11. Raise the minimum age requirement for Players.
4.2.12. Amend the Rules, the Agreement, and other internal documents by notifying Players through the updated version published on the Website https://championcasino.ua.
4.2.13. Impose other restrictions as set out in these Rules.
4.2.14. Declare a Player undesirable according to these Rules.
4.2.15. Write off electronic monetary substitutes or calculate compensation amounts in case of unlawful (including fraudulent) actions by a Player in accordance with these Rules.
4.2.16. During identification (verification, data establishment) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention and Counteraction to the Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Financing of Terrorism and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction" to request from the Player any documents and information in accordance with the Organizer's Rules, as well as to require the Player to perform certain actions, in particular, but not exclusively, to require the use of video communication means.
4.2.17. Set limits on Deposits/Bets/Payouts/expenses per Player in accordance with these Rules and applicable Ukrainian law.
4.2.18. To exercise other rights in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of Activities Regarding the Organization and Conduct of Gambling”, Licensing Conditions for Activities in the Field of Organization and Conduct of Casino Gambling on the Internet, Rules of the Organizer, Agreement and other regulatory legal acts in the field of organization and conduct of gambling.

4.2.19. To provide the Player in writing or in electronic form with a reasonable suspicion stating the facts regarding such suspicion.

4.2.20. To deny the Player the opportunity to use funds for playing Gambling provided to the latter under the terms of a loan provided by financial institutions.

 

4.3. The Organizer is obligated to:
4.3.1. To conduct activities exclusively on the basis of a license for the organization and conduct of casino gambling activities on the Internet.

4.3.2. To organize and conduct casino gambling on the Internet that comply with the Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of Activities Regarding the Organization and Conduct of Gambling” via the Website at https://championcasino.ua and the Mobile Application.

4.3.3. To comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of Activities Regarding the Organization and Conduct of Gambling”, the License Conditions for the Conduct of Activities in the Field of Organization and Conduct of Casino Gambling on the Internet and other regulatory legal acts in the field of organization and conduct of gambling.

4.3.4. Comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention and Counteraction to the Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Financing of Terrorism and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction” and other regulatory legal acts regulating activities in the field of prevention and counteraction to the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime, financing of terrorism and financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

4.3.5. Issue fiscal checks to the Player after he makes a Deposit and after carrying out Withdrawal Transactions, in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Use of Registrars of Settlement Operations in the Sphere of Trade, Public Catering and Services”.

4.3.6. Pay the fee for the relevant license or licenses obtained by the Organizer in a timely manner.

4.3.7. Establish and develop rules for conducting casino gambling games on the Organizer’s Internet network.

4.3.8. To comply with the rules of conducting casino gambling games on the Internet of the organizer of gambling games.

4.3.9. To take measures to prevent violations of the law by Players and/or employees of the Organizer.

4.3.10. To comply with the principles of Responsible Gaming established by the Authorized Body.

4.3.11. To use Gaming Equipment that excludes the possibility of unauthorized interference in its activities or the creation of conditions for a predetermined outcome of the Gambling Game.

4.3.12. To take measures to combat gambling addiction (gambling addiction), including placing links on the Website to information materials on gambling addiction and Responsible Gaming, in particular on the Player’s age limit, chances of winning, the principles of Responsible Gaming and places where you can get help in case of gambling addiction.

4.3.13. To consider complaints of Players and other persons, including in electronic form, and to provide responses to them within the terms specified by the Rules, but in any case the response period should not exceed one month from the date of receipt of the complaint in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens’ Appeals”.

4.3.14. To ensure the protection of information about Players in accordance with the procedure established by law.

4.3.15. To ensure the posting of real-time information on the Website, in particular by posting a clock displaying the current time on each page of the Website.

4.3.16. To post for the information of Players and visitors on the Website or in a mobile (software) application information on the decision to issue a license to conduct gambling (date and number of the decision), the Agreement, the Rules for conducting casino gambling on the Internet.

4.3.17. To prohibit participation in Gambling to an unwanted Player in accordance with these Rules.

4.3.18. To use the Organizer’s online system when organizing and conducting casino gambling on the Internet, which excludes the possibility of unauthorized interference and its operation and/or the creation of conditions for a predetermined outcome of the game.

4.3.19. To pay winning Bets, return Deposits made by Players to participate in Casino Gambling Games on the Internet and pay Winnings (prizes) in non-cash form, taking into account the current legislation of Ukraine and these Rules.

4.3.20. To timely and fully pay Winnings (prizes), return Deposits, and other payments in accordance with these Rules and the terms established by the Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of Activities Concerning the Organization and Conduct of Gambling Games”, except for cases specified by the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention and Counteraction to the Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds Obtained by Crime, Financing of Terrorism and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction”.

4.3.21. Take measures to prevent the payment of the Winnings (prize), the return of the Deposit, the making of other payments to any third parties, including persons in whose favor the Player proposes to make a payment or return, except in cases of an application for the return of Deposits/Bet made by a minor, an incapacitated person or a person whose civil capacity is limited, or a person entered in the Register of persons whose access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling is restricted, if the person applying for the return of the Bet is the legal representative of such person.

4.3.22. Take measures to prevent persons who have not reached the age of 21 and other persons who, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of Activities Concerning the Organization and Conduct of Gambling Games”, cannot be Players.

4.3.23. To ensure proper verification (identification/verification, data establishment) of the Player in the manner specified by these Rules and the current legislation of Ukraine.

4.3.24. To refrain from providing Players with bonus payments, gifts and/or providing goods (services), the provision of which is directly conditioned by the fact of the Player losing in the relevant Gambling Game.

4.3.25. In cases stipulated by the Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of Activities Concerning the Organization and Conduct of Gambling Games”, to restrict the Player from participating in Gambling Games.

4.3.26. Not to make a Payment in the event that the Agreement on Participation in a Gambling Game is declared invalid or if the agreement is null and void by law.

4.3.27. To ensure the certification and inspection of the Organizer's online system by certification entities included by the Authorized Body in the list of certification entities.

4.3.28. Ensure the availability on the Website and in the Mobile Application of reliable information in the state language about: the full name of the Organizer in accordance with the constituent documents, the Organizer's identification code, information about the license (decision on issuing a license, rules for conducting casino gambling on the Internet, the procedure and terms for paying out Winnings (prizes), the Organizer's service and technical support service, information materials on gambling addiction and Responsible Gaming, methods of helping people suffering from gambling addiction, and contact details of medical centers that treat gambling addiction, a warning about the prohibition of participation in Gambling by persons under the age of 21, limited to legally capable and incapacitated persons, as well as persons entered in the Register of Persons with Restricted Access to Gambling Establishments and/or Participation in Gambling, information about the total percentage of winnings (theoretical return to the Player).

4.3.29. Ensure the Player's Right limit their participation in Gambling by setting personal restrictions, time limits, as well as limits on the amount of money that the Player intends to spend on Gambling.

4.3.30. Perform other duties stipulated by these Rules, the Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of Activities Concerning the Organization and Conduct of Gambling” and other acts of legislation on gambling.

 

SECTION 5. RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PLAYER

5.1. General provisions:

5.1.1 A Player may only be a person who meets the requirements of these rules, is registered and has a Personal Account on the Website.

5.1.2. The Player is responsible for the authenticity of the documents and information provided to the Organizer in accordance with current legislation.

5.1.3. The Player bears full civil liability for violation of the requirements and obligations stipulated by the Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of Activities Regarding the Organization and Conduct of Gambling”, License Terms for Conducting Activities in the Field of Organization and Conducting Casino Gambling on the Internet, the Organizer’s Rules, the Agreement and other regulatory legal acts in the field of organization and conduct of gambling.

5.1.4. Violation of the requirements of these Rules and regulatory legal acts in the field of organizing and conducting gambling may lead to blocking of the Personal Account, cancellation of all Bets made and other actions aimed at terminating business relations with the Player by the Organizer.

5.1.5. It is prohibited to participate in the Gambling Game:

a) founders (participants, shareholders), managers of the Organizer, in which they are founders and/or hold management positions;

b) representatives of the founders (participants, shareholders), managers of the Organizer, in which they are representatives of the founder and/or hold management positions;

c) persons who may have information about the outcome of the Gambling Game;

d) persons who have the opportunity to influence the outcome of the Gambling Game or the amount of the Winnings (prize) Payment;

e) officials and employees of the Authorized Body, except for conducting a controlled game;

e) persons who have close ties with the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, in particular, have a place of residence or are engaged in their main activities on their territory;

f) persons (regardless of citizenship, place of residence, etc.) who, according to the relevant decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine or a court, are those to whom special economic sanctions and other restrictive measures have been applied and/or those who publicly deny or support the implementation of armed aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the establishment and confirmation of temporary occupation of part of the territory of Ukraine, and who did not stop or did not stop carrying out their economic (in particular business) activities on the territory of the Russian Federation during the period of martial law in Ukraine, introduced in connection with the implementation of armed aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine;

g) persons whose actual location is the territory of countries in which such visitors/players are prohibited and/or limited to participate in Gambling;

g) persons who are citizens of states or have their actual location (residence) in states (DPRK, Iran, Myanmar) that do not comply or improperly comply with the recommendations of international, intergovernmental organizations involved in the fight against the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime, or the financing of terrorism or the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

5.2. The Organizer may recognize the Player as undesirable in the following cases:

5.2.1. In the event of suspicion of fraudulent actions on the part of the Player and the detection of facts of replenishment of the Game Balance (account) by third parties or when the details of the payment instruments do not match the data of the owner of the Player's Personal Account.

5.2.2. In the event of the Player making any inappropriate Transactions, including during replenishment/Withdrawal from the Game Balance (account), which do not comply with these Rules and are carried out by the Player without the purpose of participating in Gambling (operations on the Game Balance (account) with replenishment with subsequent execution of an Order for Withdrawal from the Game Balance (account) without participating in Gambling between such operations, etc.).

5.2.3. In the event of the Player refusing (evading) the procedure of proper verification (identification/verification, data establishment), providing other people's, forged (edited using various programs and graphic editors) documents, failure to provide all necessary documents at the request of the Organizer, taking other actions aimed at manipulating personal documents.

5.2.4. Violation of these Rules, the Agreement, the Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of Activities Concerning the Organization and Conduct of Gambling”, the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention and Counteraction to the Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Financing of Terrorism and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction”, the Organizer’s AML/KYC Policy and other regulatory legal acts in the field of organizing and conducting gambling.

5.2.5. In case of suspicion of fraud, multi-accounting (the presence of several Personal Accounts for one Player or playing from different Personal Accounts, but under the same or related IP address), use of any software to automate bets, if the Player’s Game Balance (account) is not used to place Bets, abuse of loyalty programs, etc.

5.2.6. In other cases, by decision of the Organizer.

5.3. If a person, despite the restrictions established by law and the Rules, took part in a Gambling Game, such an Agreement on participation in Gambling Games concluded between the Organizer and such person is null and void. Payment of Winnings (prizes) under null and void agreements is not made. If the Organizer has made a Payment of Winnings (prizes) to a person under a null and void agreement, such Payment of Winnings (prizes) shall be returned to the Organizer in full within the terms notified to such person by the Organizer, but no more than 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt by the Player of such notification from the Organizer.

5.4. A Player cannot be an individual who:

a) has not reached the age of 21;

b) is an incapacitated or partially incapacitated person at the time of registration of the Personal Account;

c) has relevant restrictions according to the legislation;

d) is in a state of drug or alcohol intoxication;

e) is recognized by the Organizer as undesirable;

e) is included in the Register of persons with restricted access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling;

f) in accordance with the Rules of the Organizer is not entitled to participate in Gambling;

g) for other reasons determined by the current legislation of Ukraine or the Organizer.

5.5. A person is not allowed to participate in the Gambling Game:

a) who has not provided the relevant documents for participation in the Gambling Game;

b) who has provided false information about himself (surname, first name, patronymic, information about age, registration address, place of residence or location, etc.);

c) any other person, if the Organizer has a valid reason to prevent the Player from playing;

d) persons with limited legal capacity and incapacitated persons;

e) persons included in the Register of persons with limited access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling games;

e) other persons recognized by the Organizer of gambling games as not having the right to participate in gambling games.

5.6. The Player has the right:

5.6.1. In order to participate in Gambling Games independently and at his own request, register a Player's Personal Account on the Website https://championcasino.ua.

5.6.2. At his own discretion, limit his participation in Gambling Games on the Internet by setting personal restrictions on the limit of funds and time that he wishes to spend on Gambling.

5.6.3. Use the Personal Account solely for the purpose of participating in Gambling, in any other cases the use of the Personal Account is prohibited.

5.6.4. Submit a complaint and/or request to the Organizer, in particular in electronic form.

5.6.5. Limit your participation in Gambling from six months to three years by personally submitting to the Organizer or the Authorized Body a relevant statement of self-restriction with the simultaneous presentation of an identity document.

5.6.6. Independently and at your own request, set a reliable password to protect your Personal Account to ensure increased reliability of protection against third-party interference in the Personal Account.

5.6.7. Receive the Winnings (prize), return the Deposit and other Payments in accordance with these Rules.

5.6.8. Contact the Organizer's support service for information on the Rules for conducting Gambling and using the Player's Personal Account.

5.6.9. Contact the Organizer's support service to obtain information on the Bets made and calculated for a period of no more than one day (24 hours) from the moment of accepting such an application. The time for the Organizer to respond to such a request is up to five business days.

5.6.10. Terminate and terminate the Agreement on participation in gambling by sending a corresponding message to the Organizer's support service [email protected].

5.6.11. Exercise other rights established by these Rules and/or the current legislation of Ukraine.

5.7. The Player is obligated to:
5.7.1. Familiarize themselves before participating in Gambling and comply with the requirements and obligations stipulated by the Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of Activities on the Organization and Conduct of Gambling,” gambling legislation, the Organizer’s Rules, the Agreement, and other regulatory legal acts in the field of gambling.
5.7.2. Not violate the requirements and obligations established by the Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of Activities on the Organization and Conduct of Gambling,” the licensing conditions for conducting internet casino gambling, the Organizer’s Rules, the Agreement, and other regulatory legal acts in the field of gambling.
5.7.3. Undergo the identification procedure (verification, data establishment) to participate in Gambling on the Website in accordance with these Rules and the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of Criminal Proceeds, Terrorist Financing and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction.”
5.7.4. Provide the Organizer with any documents and information about themselves necessary for completing the identification (verification, data establishment) and due diligence process.
5.7.5. Immediately cease using the Website in the event of:
a) refusal to undergo the identification (verification, data establishment) procedure;
b) violation of the Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of Activities on the Organization and Conduct of Gambling” and other gambling legislation;
c) violation of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering)...”;
d) violation of the Organizer’s Rules or the Agreement;
e) use of physical force or threats thereof, endangering the life, health, or property of the Organizer’s staff;
f) obstruction of gambling operations;
g) submission of a self-exclusion request;
h) recognition of the Player as undesirable or reasonable suspicion thereof.
5.7.6. Not obstruct the placing of Bets, Payout of Winnings (prizes), or commit similar actions.
5.7.7. Not use methods, technologies, software, or techniques during the game that may affect the gameplay or the outcome of In-game winnings.
5.7.8. Not insult the honor or dignity of other Players, Organizer’s staff, or third parties.
5.7.9. Not commit any other actions that interfere with the Organizer’s operations.
5.7.10. Not commit fraudulent actions against the Organizer.
5.7.11. Not create multiple Personal Accounts (multi-accounting).
5.7.12. Not use any third-party software to automate Bets.
5.7.13. Not use the Personal Account solely for receiving bonuses or abusing loyalty programs, etc.
5.7.14. Not allow any third parties to use their Personal Account.
5.7.15. Not share the login and password of their Personal Account with third parties.
5.7.16. Not commit any other actions prohibited by these Rules or current Ukrainian legislation.

5.8. The Organizer recommends using all possible parental control protections (including computer hardware, mobile software or web filtering services) that can help limit access to materials that may be harmful to Players' children. Players can find information about providers of such protections by searching the Internet for "parental control protection" or similar terms. If Players' children have access to the Player's computer or mobile phone, Players should limit their access to gambling-related materials by using any of the aforementioned parental control products. The Player fully acknowledges his responsibility to ensure that children under his care or custody do not have access to harmful or inappropriate materials. The Player agrees not to allow his children to view such content and undertakes to take responsible measures to prevent this. There are numerous commercial security filters available on the Internet that can help users limit children’s access to harmful or inappropriate material. Players are advised to check out such services on the websites: https://parental-control.net/uk or https://www.famiguard.com among others. The Organizer makes no representations or warranties regarding any products or services linked to on such sites and recommends that Players conduct due diligence before purchasing or installing any online filter. Players agree to take steps to prevent their children from viewing this Website or content obtained through the Organizer’s activities if the children have access to their computer or mobile device. The Player agrees that if he is a parent or guardian/custodian of a child, he is responsible, and not the Organizer, for ensuring that any age-restricted content (under 21) on the Organizer's Website is not displayed or made available to such Player's children or minor wards.

SECTION 6. RULES FOR USING THE PLAYER'S PERSONAL ACCOUNT

6.1. To participate in Gambling, the Player must register (create) a Personal Account, familiarize himself with the Organizer's Rules, the Agreement, and go through the established identification procedures (verification, data entry).

6.2. The information on the Website at https://championcasino.ua, the domain name "championcasino.ua", the Organizer's online system, the Organizer's brand and other property rights are intellectual property objects belonging to the Organizer (under the right of private property and/or the right of use) and are protected in accordance with the current legislation in the field of copyright and intellectual property.

6.3. The Player's Personal Account is the property of the Organizer.

6.4. The Player's Personal Account is intended only for participation in Gambling.

6.5. The Organizer of Gambling Games takes all necessary actions to protect information about Players, Bet history, and Transactions made in accordance with these Rules and the current legislation of Ukraine.

6.6. When using the Website by the Player, the Organizer processes the Player's data provided to the Organizer during the identification procedure (verification, data setup), during the use of the Personal Account and during other actions in accordance with these Rules and the Privacy Policy.

6.7. In order to more effectively use and create convenient conditions for the Player when using the Website "championcasino.ua", the Organizer uses cookies. The configuration of cookie settings for web browsers may differ. Full-fledged work with the Website is available only when using cookies. Disabling cookies may lead to restriction of access to content and restriction of the functioning of the Website services.

6.8. The Organizer uses generally accepted standards of technological and operational protection of information and personal data from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. The Organizer cannot guarantee absolute protection from any threats arising beyond the Organizer's control.

6.9. The Organizer guarantees non-disclosure of the Player's data by the Organizer's employees and is not responsible for the consequences caused by the Player's personal data being disclosed to third parties through no fault of the Organizer.

6.10. The Player is personally responsible for keeping his/her Personal Account login and password safe. Any transactions confirmed by entering the Personal Account login and password of the Personal Account owner are considered legitimate and have legal force, with the only limitation on their execution being the current balance of electronic money substitutes on the Game Balance (account). In case of suspicion of loss of the Personal Account login and password, the Player is obliged to immediately contact the Organizer's support service with a request to change the current password.

6.11. The Organizer of gambling is not liable for any harm or damage associated with the Player's use of the Website "championcasino.ua" (at the address https://championcasino.ua), which are related to the use (or misuse) of the Website content by any person or the Player, the inability to access or use the Website, delays in the functioning of the Website or data transmission, failures in communication lines, any errors, typographical errors or omissions in the Website content.

 

SECTION 7. CREATION OF A PERSONAL ACCOUNT AND TOP-UP OF THE PLAYER'S GAME BALANCE (ACCOUNT)

7.1. To create and use the Personal Account, the Player must go through the registration and identification procedure (verification, data entry), in accordance with the requirements of these Rules on the Website https://championcasino.ua ;

7.2. During the registration procedure, the Player specifies the necessary data (phone number/e-mail, etc.), creates a personal password to enter the Personal Account. The Player must confirm that he is 21 years old, that he does not have a gambling addiction, is not on the Register of persons with restricted access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, and has no other restrictions on participation in Gambling. The Player must consent to the processing of his personal data, as well as familiarize himself with the terms of the Agreement and the Rules of the Organizer.

7.3. The password of the Personal Account for playing on the Website https://championcasino.ua is created and entered personally by the Player during the registration of the Personal Account. This password may consist of any characters available in the relevant data entry menu, and may be changed by the Player at any time on the Website after the registration procedure.

7.4. After a successful registration procedure, the Player's Personal Account is created with limited functionality, which has its own unique login, consisting of a sequence of letters and/or numbers, and does not repeat the logins of the Personal Accounts of other Players.

7.5. All operations for making a Deposit and making Withdrawals are carried out exclusively in the national currency of Ukraine - hryvnia.

7.6. When replenishing the Game Balance (account), by making a Deposit, the Game Balance (account) must be replenished within 30 (thirty) minutes after depositing funds, but not before the money is received by the Organizer, the total replenishment time must not exceed 48 hours, unless otherwise provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.

7.7. It is possible to replenish the Game Balance (account) (make a Deposit) using remote banking systems and/or money transfer services using payment methods specified on the Website https://championcasino.ua in the "Deposit" section of the Personal Account.

7.8. The Organizer is not liable in case of failure to replenish the Game Balance (account) within the specified time due to the fault of third parties (failures or delays in the operation of remote banking systems and/or money transfer services), due to force majeure (accident in authorization centers, loss of communication channel, etc.), in the event of force majeure circumstances or any other circumstances that the Organizer has no ability to influence.

7.9. The Player must replenish the Game Balance (account) independently, from a personal bank (payment) account or in any other way in accordance with these Rules and the current legislation of Ukraine.

7.10. By performing any financial transaction, the Player hereby confirms that he is the owner of accounts and payment instruments in the relevant banking financial institutions. In order to ensure the security of the Players' personal data, as well as to accelerate the return of the Deposit, receiving payments of Winnings (prizes), the Organizer reserves the right to require any Player to provide documents confirming the ownership of accounts and payment methods to this Player. If the Organizer's requirements are not met, the Player's Personal Account may be blocked, and the payment may be refused. In the event of discrepancies between the Player's actual data, his payment methods and the data provided by the Player for verification, data establishment and/or to confirm the legality of the use of payment methods, the Organizer reserves the right to block the Personal Account and deny the Player a Payment. Transactions, crediting and payment of Winnings (prizes) from one Player to another are prohibited.

7.11. In case of suspicion of fraudulent and/or other illegal actions by the Player and detection of facts of replenishment of the Game balance (account) by third parties (or personal data of the payment instrument do not match the data of the owner of the Personal Account), the Organizer reserves the right to cancel all made Bets in Gambling, cancel In-game winnings, restrict the Player's access to the use of the Personal Account and, in case of detection of facts of violation of these Rules, block the Personal Account, give such Player the status of "undesirable" and prohibit the Player from participating in Gambling on the Website and Mobile Application.

7.12. In the event that the Player makes Transactions that do not comply with these Rules, inappropriate Transactions, in particular when replenishing and/or making a Withdrawal from the Game Balance (account), which do not comply with these Rules and are carried out by the Player without the purpose of participating in Gambling (operations on the Game Balance (account) to replenish and/or make a Withdrawal from the Game Balance (account) without participating in Gambling between such operations, etc.), the Organizer reserves the right to additionally set restrictions for the Player regarding the amount of replenishment of the Deposit and/or the amounts of the Withdrawal, a service fee for future financial transactions, in the amount of 10% (ten percent) of the Transaction amount, but not less than 100.00 (one hundred) electronic money substitutes for each Transaction and reserves the right to assign such a player the status of "undesirable".

7.13. The time of the Deposit transaction to the Game Balance (account), the commission for conducting a financial transaction and any other expenses of the Player may change. The current terms of the transactions are always displayed in the "History" section of the Personal Account.

7.14. The Organizer is not responsible for any additional commissions and restrictions of banking institutions, payment companies, financial intermediaries of the Player.

7.15. In the event of a delay in replenishing the Deposit and failure to receive funds to the Game Balance (account), the Player may contact the technical support service ([email protected]) with a report about such a problem.

 

SECTION 8. DUE DILLIGENCE CHECK MEASURES (IDENTIFICATION (VERIFICATION, DATA SETUP)

8.1. After completing the Personal Account registration procedure to obtain the opportunity to use the Game Balance (account) and participate in Gambling, the Player must undergo due diligence measures (including identification/verification, data setup).

8.2. Identification (verification, data setup) of the Player is carried out, in particular, but not exclusively, for the purpose of confirming that the Personal Account was registered by a person who has reached the age of 21 and is not on the Register of Persons Restricted from Access to Gambling Establishments and/or Participation in Gambling.

8.3. Due diligence measures (including identification/verification, data setup) of the Player involve the Organizer collecting information about:

a) the person's last name, first name, patronymic (if any);

b) age (date of birth) of the person;

c) presence or absence of the person in the Register of persons with restricted access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling;

d) details of the identity document (passport of a citizen of Ukraine; passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad; temporary residence permit/permanent residence permit or foreign passport (for non-citizens of Ukraine);

e) document confirming information about the person’s place of residence or place of stay (for residents)/document confirming information about the place of residence or place of temporary stay in Ukraine (for non-residents);

e) telephone number;

f) e-mail address;

g) RNOKPP – registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card. The Organizer reserves the right to deny the Player access to the Personal Account due to the absence of the registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card and/or in case of refusal of RNOKPP;

g) unique record number in the Unified State Demographic Register (if available);

h) citizenship;

i) the amount of income/social status of the client;

i) the type of services/products for which the individual applies to the Organizer;

j) the approximate volume of financial transactions/services/products that the individual plans to carry out/receive with the involvement of the Organizer.

j) other information necessary for the Organizer to establish the purpose and nature of future business relations with the Player.

8.4. Verification of the Player is carried out by the Organizer on the basis of documents that identify the person and confirm his/her age.

8.5. Identification/verification, establishment of the Player's data is carried out by the Organizer until the end of the registration of the Player's Personal Account, via the Internet using verification methods used in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.6. In order to carry out appropriate identification checks (verification, establishment of data), the Organizer has the right to request additional information and documents from the individual for the Organizer to fulfill the requirements of the legislation in the field of prevention and counteraction to the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime, financing of terrorism and financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

8.7. In order to complete the identification procedure (verification, data establishment), the Player provides the Organizer with an electronic copy of the e-passport and/or e-passport for traveling abroad and/or e-permanent residence permit and/or e-temporary residence permit, generated by the means of the “Diya” portal with a remote qualified electronic signature “Diya.Signature” (“Diya ID”) of the person and a qualified electronic seal of the technical administrator of the “Diya” portal with a corresponding qualified electronic time stamp, which will correspond to the date of identification/verification of the person by the Organizer.

To receive any Payment or Winnings (prize), the Player must provide the registration number of the taxpayer’s account card before the first order or at the time of the order.

8.8. If necessary, the Organizer may at any time require additional documents certifying the identity. The list of additional documents includes (but is not limited to): a digital photo of the Player with a citizen's passport ("selfie" with a passport in hand), a driver's license, a passport for traveling abroad, utility bills, a bank statement for the account/card, etc. The Player can provide these documents by sending an email to [email protected]. The Player, during due diligence measures, is obliged to provide all necessary documents at the request of the Organizer.

8.9. The Organizer has the right to request additional information, documents confirming that the individual/Player is not in temporarily occupied territories or other territories from which access to the Website is not allowed in accordance with these Rules.

8.10. The Organizer checks the Player's identification data and documents for the presence/absence of the latter on the list of persons associated with terrorist activities, on sanctions lists, whether clients belong to high-risk countries (FATF blacklist; countries carrying out armed aggression against Ukraine; countries included in the list of offshore zones; other lists), identifies politically exposed persons (PEPs) and carries out other due diligence measures.

8.11. The Player undertakes to notify the support service in the event of any changes in identification data with the provision of relevant documents confirming these changes by sending an email to [email protected], after which these updated data will be entered into his Personal Account.

8.12. The Organizer has the right to conduct additional checks and due diligence measures (including re-identification/verification, data establishment) of the Player in accordance with the requirements of applicable law and/or internal rules in the field of financial monitoring, including in the event of doubts on the part of the Organizer regarding the reliability or completeness of the documents and/or information provided by the Player.

8.13. During the due diligence measures and additional checks, the Organizer has the right to limit the Player's ability to replenish and/or order Withdrawals from the Game Balance (account), as well as the ability to place Bets in Gambling Games.

8.14. The Organizer may notify the Player about the implementation of additional checks and the completion of due diligence measures by sending an email to the email address specified by the Player in the Personal Account, and/or by internal message in the Player's Personal Account and/or by calling or messaging the Player's phone number specified in the Player's Personal Account.

8.15. In the event of the Player's refusal (evasion) from undergoing due diligence measures (including re-identification/verification, data entry), providing third-party, forged (in particular, edited in graphic editors, etc.) documents, or performing other actions aimed at manipulating personal documents, the Organizer denies the Player confirmation of the Personal Account and reserves the right to assign such Player the status of "undesirable".

8.16. The Player to whom the request for additional information and/or documents is addressed must provide the relevant information within 30 calendar days. In the event of impossibility of providing information within the specified period for justified reasons or provision of incomplete information and/or documents, the total period for providing information may be extended by the Organizer, but not more than up to 45 calendar days. After the expiration of the period in case of failure to provide all necessary documents at the request of the Organizer, the Organizer reserves the right to assign such Player the status of “undesirable”.

8.17. The Organizer, in order to improve and accelerate the verification procedure, data establishment, has the right to involve any third parties to process the Player’s data, with mandatory compliance with the preservation of personal data. The Player is solely responsible for the authenticity of the documents and information provided in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.18. After registration in the Organizer’s online system, and prior to making a deposit and/or placing a Bet, the Player shall be required to set and confirm the following limits:

a) limits on gambling expenditures per day, week, and month, which shall be set simultaneously, determined independently by the Player, and shall not exceed the limits established by the applicable laws of Ukraine and regulatory legal acts. Such limits may be changed no more than once per month;

b) limits on the duration of participation in gambling per day, week, and month, which shall be set simultaneously and shall not exceed the limits established by the applicable laws of Ukraine and regulatory legal acts, as well as the maximum duration of continuous participation of the Player in a gambling activity (2 hours), which shall be determined and applied in accordance with the requirements of the laws of Ukraine, with mandatory compliance with established breaks in gameplay (not less than 15 minutes).

 

SECTION 9. CALCULATION OF INTERNAL GAME WINNINGS, PAYMENT OF WINNINGS (PRIZES), RETURN OF DEPOSITS AND MAKING OTHER PAYMENTS FROM THE PLAYER'S GAME BALANCE (ACCOUNT)

9.1. The calculation of the result of the played Gambling Games is carried out immediately after the end of the relevant Gambling Game and in accordance with the rules for conducting the Gambling Game, with the exception of the features established by these Rules.

9.2. The Player may order the Payout amount (Winning (prize), return of the Deposit, other payments) within the balance of electronic money substitutes that are on the Game Balance (account), for this he places an order with the Organizer. The payment is made by the payment methods provided on the Website https://championcasino.ua in the "Payouts" section of the Personal Account.
9.2.1 To order a Winnings Payment, the Player is obliged to place a bet(s) for the purpose of participating in the Gambling Game for the amount of the Deposit replenishment made by the Player at the time of sending the order for payment from the Personal Account.

9.3. The total term for crediting the Payment to the Player's personal bank card is up to 3 (three) days (72 hours) after placing the order.

9.4. The total term for making a Winnings Payment or returning the Deposit may be extended by the Organizer, with the obligatory notification of the Player who needs to make a Winnings Payment (prize) or return the Deposit, about the extension of such term, indicating the reason for the extension.

9.5. Any Transactions from the Game Balance (account) are carried out in the national currency of Ukraine - hryvnia and using identical payment details belonging to the owner of the Personal Account.

9.6. Payment from the Game (balance) account is carried out only if it is confirmed that the owner of the Personal Account is the owner of accounts in payment systems, banking institutions. Making payments in favor of other (third) persons or using bank details of third parties is prohibited.

9.7. When paying the Winnings (prize), in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine, the Player has obligations to pay tax and other mandatory payments to the State Budget of Ukraine in the amount of 23% (18% personal income tax and 5% military levy) of the Winnings amount, which the Organizer, as a tax agent, withholds and transfers to the relevant budget:

a) 18% personal income tax (Article 167.1 of the Tax Code of Ukraine);

b) 5% military levy (Clause 161, Subsection 10, Chapter XX of the Tax Code of Ukraine).

9.8. The Player is obliged to provide his/her own taxpayer registration card number (RNOKPP) before placing an order to receive a Payment (Winning (prize), return of the Deposit, other payments).

9.9. All deductions (bank fees, payment systems, etc.) that will be made during any Payment in favor of the Player from the Game Balance (account) are borne by the Player by withholding the appropriate amount from the relevant Payment (cost of payment company services, funds transfer fees, etc.).

9.10. The Player is fully responsible for providing accurate information about the recipient of the Payment when placing an Order.

9.11. Terms, conditions and fees for Payments from the Game Balance (account) may change. The current data is always displayed on the Website in the "Payments" section of the Personal Account.

9.12. In the event that the Player makes Transactions from the Game Balance (account) that do not comply with these Rules, in order to make inappropriate Transactions (making Deposit replenishment if there are electronic substitutes for hryvnia on the Game Balance (account), etc.) to replenish the Game Balance (account), the Organizer reserves the right to additionally set the Player a service fee for making Transactions in the amount of 10% (ten percent) of the Transaction amount, but not less than 100.00 electronic money substitutes for each Transaction and reserves the right to assign such Player the status of "undesirable".

9.13. Withdrawal from the Game (balance) account can be made to the Player's own bank card (bank account). In the event of a change in the Player's card bank details or if the Deposit was replenished with another bank card and/or using another payment system, it is necessary to notify the Organizer of such changes. After receiving confirmation of changes in the Player's bank card or payment system details from the Organizer, the Organizer has the right to oblige the Player to make a minimum replenishment of the Player's Game Balance (account) with the appropriate card in order to open a Transaction for the card validation procedure.

9.14. The Organizer is not responsible for restrictions that exist in banking institutions, payment systems and organizations regarding the number of Transactions, payment amounts and other restrictions that may be established by such organizations and/or the current legislation of Ukraine.

9.15. When making a Payment, the Organizer reserves the right to combine 2 (two) or more Transactions into one or divide one order into 2 (two) or more Transactions.

9.16. The crediting of funds to the Player's bank account is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, internal rules of banking institutions and payment systems.

9.17. The Organizer has the right to verify the Bets made by the Player and audit his other actions on the Website. In case of suspicion of the use of fraudulent methods and/or means, attempts to manipulate the technical features of the online system or the use of errors in the online system in order to gain an illegal advantage, the Organizer may take measures, in particular, to restrict the Player's access to the Website or block his Personal Account.

9.18. In case of suspicion of fraud (multi-accounting, use of any software for automating Bets, if the Personal Account is not used for placing Bets, abuse of loyalty programs, etc.), the Organizer has the right to restrict the Player's access to the full functionality of the Personal Account, in particular - the ability to place orders for the period of checking the Player's gaming activity and until its completion.

9.19. The Organizer reserves the right to declare the concluded Agreement on participation in the Gambling Game invalid, to refuse to fulfill obligations under such Agreement (in particular, to refuse to pay any Winnings (prize) or to return any Bet made, in the event that:

a) one Player has several Personal Accounts of the Player (multiple registration, multi-accounting), in particular under new personal data or partially changed ones. The Organizer does not recommend that two or more Players place Bets from the same IP address (one device, local network);

b) one Player uses the data of other persons to register new Personal Accounts, in particular members of his family;

c) Bets made by a group of Players acting in collusion in order to circumvent the restrictions set by the Organizer;

d) The Player is suspected of using any software that allows automating the process of placing Bets;

e) The Personal Account is not used to place Bets in Gambling Games offered by the Organizer;

e) The Player abuses the Organizer's loyalty programs.

9.20. The minimum amount of a Withdrawal is UAH 300.00 (three hundred hryvnias zero kopecks).

9.21. The maximum amount of a single Withdrawal is UAH 29,990.00 (twenty-nine thousand nine hundred ninety hryvnias zero kopecks).

9.22. The maximum amount of a Payment per day is UAH 29,990.00 (twenty-nine thousand nine hundred ninety hryvnias zero kopecks).

9.23. The minimum amount of a Deposit replenishment is UAH 100.00 (one hundred hryvnias zero kopecks).

9.24. The maximum amount of a one-time Deposit replenishment is UAH 29,990.00 (twenty-nine thousand nine hundred ninety hryvnias zero kopecks) from one personal bank card.

9.25. The maximum amount of replenishment and/or Withdrawal per month is 399000.00 (three hundred ninety-nine thousand hryvnias zero kopecks) from one personal bank card.

9.26. For each Game Balance (account), the Organizer may set additional limits (restrictions) to increase or decrease the daily Payout limit and/or return the Deposit to the Player, but not less than the Minimum Amount of Payments specified in clause 9.20 of the Rules.

9.27. In case of suspicion of a Player's violation of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention and Counteraction to the Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Financing of Terrorism and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction" or suspicion of a violation of other norms and rules listed above, the Organizer has the right to conduct an additional check with a postponement of any Payments to the Player for the entire period of such check. If during the additional check evidence of suspicious (fraudulent) transactions is found, the Organizer has the right to refuse to maintain business relations with such a Player in accordance with Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention and Counteraction to the Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Financing of Terrorism and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction”.
9.28. For the purposes of this section, a day is understood to mean the period of time from 02:00:00 to 02:00:00 of the next calendar day in the Europe/Kyiv time zone.

 

SECTION 10. INACTIVE PLAYER PERSONAL CABINETS AND THEIR ARCHIVING

10.1. An inactive (“dormant”) Player Personal Account is a Player Personal Account in which for more than 9 (nine) calendar months there has not been:

a) a Deposit replenishment for the purpose of participating in Gambling (successful deposit);

b) a Withdrawal Request.

10.2. The Organizer has the right to transfer an inactive Player Personal Account to archive status (archiving). An archived Personal Account cannot be used to participate in Gambling or perform financial transactions on the Website.

10.3. The Organizer maintains the Player Personal Account while the Player performs actions that are considered to be activities, as defined in clause 10.1 of these Rules (deposit replenishment and submission of withdrawal requests).

10.4. In case of receiving the status of inactive Personal Account of the Player, the Organizer has the right to charge an administrative fee for servicing such Personal Account from the positive balance on the Game Balance (account) to cover administrative costs in the amount of 100.00 (one hundred) electronic money substitutes per month. The administrative fee is charged until the zero balance on the Game Balance (account). When the Game Balance (account) reaches zero balance, the administrative fee for servicing the Personal Account is not charged.

10.5. Bonus campaigns are not saved for an inactive Personal Account, Bonuses and any other opportunities or accumulation of electronic money substitutes in promotions, loyalty programs or other programs that were activated for such Personal Account earlier are canceled.

10.6. The archived Personal Account may be restored or reactivated by the Player after undergoing a repeated identification and verification procedure in accordance with the requirements of these Rules and the current legislation of Ukraine.

10.7. The Organizer reserves the right to close the inactive or archived Personal Account of the Player (to terminate its service and access) if the balance on the Game Balance (account) is zero.

 

SECTION 11. COMMUNICATION WITH THE SUPPORT SERVICE

11.1. When contacting the Organizer's support service (hereinafter referred to as the "Support Service"), the Player is obliged to communicate with the Support Service operator respectfully, in particular, to clearly and to the point state his/her questions, and to comply with the requests of the Organizer's Support Service operator. The Support Service operator provides assistance to the Player only regarding participation in Gambling on the Organizer's Website and has the right to refuse to provide assistance on other issues.

11.2. The Player undertakes when communicating with the Support Service operator:

a) not to use obscene or vulgar expressions (swear words);

b) not to insult the operator or humiliate his/her dignity;

c) not to make threats against the operator or other employees of the Organizer;

d) not to contact the Support Service operator on issues that do not relate to the concluded Agreement on participation in gambling

e) not to abuse the right to contact the Support Service and not to interfere with the work of the Support Service (multiple requests, spam, flooding, etc.).

11.3. If, during communication with the Support Service operator, the Player violates these Rules, the operator:

a) warns the Player that his behavior is a violation of these Rules;

b) demands that the violation cease and warns the Player of the consequences provided for in the Rules if the Player continues to violate these Rules.

11.4. If, after the warning by the Support Service operator, the Player continues to violate these Rules, the operator makes a decision to temporarily suspend the Player's right to contact the Support Service for a period of 1 day to 3 months. The decision of the Support Service operator can be appealed by e-mail [email protected]. The Organizer has the right to use technical means to automatically block such Player's access to the Support Service. The Organizer does not notify the Player about the restoration of his right to contact the Support Service.

 

SECTION 12. PREVENTION OF GAMBLING ADDICTION (GAMING OBJECTIVE). RULES OF RESTRICTION AND SELF-RESTRICT

12.1. Prevention of gambling addiction (gambling compulsive behavior/ludomania) is one of the fundamental principles of Responsible Gaming. Its observance helps not only to minimize the possible negative consequences of gambling, but also contributes to the formation of public trust in gambling organizers.

12.2. Restriction of a person's participation in Gambling by entering them in the Register of persons who are restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling is carried out:

a) independently upon the person's application by personally submitting a written application (application for self-restriction) to the Organizer or the Authorized Body with the simultaneous presentation of an identity document;

b) by the Authorized Body upon a substantiated application by first-degree family members or legal representatives (application for restriction) for a period of up to six months;

c) by court decision.

12.3. A player may independently restrict himself from participating in Gambling for a period of six months to three years by personally submitting a written application (application for self-restriction) to the Organizer or the Authorized Body with the simultaneous presentation of an identity document.

12.4. The application can be submitted in writing or electronically by sending an application to [email protected]. Such application must be signed electronically and submitted in compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Trust Services".

12.5. In the event of submitting an application for self-restriction, the withdrawal of such an application is not allowed.

12.6. The application for self-restriction must contain:

a) information about the surname, first name, patronymic (if any) of the individual submitting the application;

b) information about the surname, first name, patronymic (if any) of the person in respect of whom the restriction is established, data of the document certifying the identity (name of the document, series (if any), number, date of issue, name of the state body that issued the document, official name of the body of the foreign state in which the document was issued);

c) the period of refusal from visiting gambling establishments and participating in other types of gambling;

d) date of the application and personal signature of the applicant (except for an application submitted in electronic form).

12.7. The Organizer shall immediately, but no later than within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the moment of receipt of the application for self-restriction, return the application to the Player for elimination of deficiencies in the event that it is impossible to identify the person in respect of whom the application was submitted.

12.8. If the period of restriction on participation in Gambling in the submitted application is less than six months or is absent, such application shall be deemed to have been submitted for a period of six months.

12.9. The Organizer shall, no later than the next business day from the date of receipt of the application for self-restriction or a court decision on restrictions on visiting gambling establishments and participating in gambling, enter information about the individual in respect of whom there are restrictions on participation in gambling into the Register of Persons with Restricted Access to Gambling Establishments and/or Participation in Gambling.

12.10. In order to prevent gambling addiction (gambling addiction), the Organizer may, at its own discretion, take preventive measures to temporarily block the Players' Personal Accounts for a period of 3 to 90 days if the Player shows signs of gambling addiction (gambling takes up more and more time, changes in behavior, nervousness, irritability and threats in communicating with the Organizer's technical support staff, etc.) and prevent participation in the Gambling Game in accordance with the provisions of clause c) of clause 5.5. of these Rules.

 

SECTION 13. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

13.1. In order to minimize the negative impact of Gambling, the Organizer adheres to the principles of Responsible Gaming, in particular:

a) ensures the identification (verification, establishment of data) of the Player in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of Activities Concerning the Organization and Conduct of Gambling”;

b) in cases and in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of Activities Concerning the Organization and Conduct of Gambling”, does not allow persons who are prohibited from participating in Gambling and persons with a pronounced gambling addiction (ludomania) to participate in Gambling;

c) does not provide Players with any bonus payments, gifts and/or goods (services) in any form, use other types of incentives, the provision of which is directly or indirectly conditioned by the fact of the Player losing in the relevant Gambling Game;

d) refrains from actions that encourage or may encourage the Player to continue playing after he has made a decision to stop playing;

e) takes measures to prevent gambling addiction (gambling addiction), namely, posts information materials on gambling addiction and Responsible Gaming in the "Responsible Gaming" section on the Website, and if signs of gambling addiction are detected in the Player's actions, restricts such Player's access to the Personal Account;

f) conducts briefings with the Organizer's employees on the principles of responsible attitude to Gambling, determination of criteria for pathological and problem gambling addiction (gambling addiction), and measures aimed at preventing the emergence of gambling addiction among Players.

13.2. The Organizer warns about the harm of excessive passion for Gambling. By placing a Bet, the Player confirms that he is familiar with this warning and the Rules.

13.3. The Organizer fully supports the principles of Responsible Gaming, in which the Player takes responsibility for controlling his activity in games in order to avoid possible negative consequences of gambling addiction.

13.4. The Organizer emphasizes that before participating in Gambling, the Player must realize that participation in Gambling is a form and type of entertainment or leisure, and cannot be a source of income.

13.5. The Organizer does not allow Players to participate in Gambling without setting limits on the Player's spending on gambling and the Player's time of participation in gambling before the start of the Gambling.

13.6. In order to implement Presidential Decree No. 234/2024 on the Decision of the National Security and Defense Council "On Counteracting the Negative Consequences of the Operation of Gambling on the Internet" dated April 20, 2024, in order to ensure proper protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of Ukraine, strengthen measures to counteract the negative consequences of the operation of the gambling sphere on the Internet, as well as prevent the use of the features of this sphere by the aggressor state, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine decided to prohibit military personnel from participating in gambling on the Internet for the period of the legal regime of martial law. The Organizer recommends that military personnel stop participating in gambling on the Internet.

 

SECTION 14. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONDUCTING CASINO GAMBLING GAMES ON THE INTERNET

14.1. General provisions for participation in casino gambling games on the Internet:

14.1.1. The terms and conditions for participation in casino gambling games on the Internet are carried out exclusively in accordance with these Rules and the legislation of Ukraine and are confirmation that the Player is aware of these Rules and has fully agreed to them.

14.1.2. The Organizer has the right, without prior personal notification to the Players, to make any changes and additions to the stated Rules, provisions and the procedure for making Payments in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. In this case, the terms and conditions for participation in Gambling Games that have already taken place remain unchanged, and all further participation in Gambling Games is carried out according to the changed rules.

14.1.3. Participation in Gambling, placing Bets, registering a Personal Account, and making a Deposit are permitted only to persons who have reached the age of 21, who are fully responsible for both participating in Gambling via the Internet in their region of residence and for providing information about the Winnings (prizes) received or losses to the competent authorities of their country.

14.1.4. Creating a Personal Account, replenishing the Game Balance (account), accruing and paying out Winnings (prizes), returning Deposits, and making other Payments from the Player's Game Balance (account) are carried out in accordance with the rules of the section "Creating a Personal Account and Replenishing the Player's Game Balance (account)" of these Rules.

14.1.5. The Player is obliged to familiarize himself with the rules of each individual Casino Gambling Game on the Internet before starting the game in the corresponding gambling game on the Organizer's Website at https://championcasino.ua.

14.1.6. In the event of discrepancies between the Ukrainian version of these Rules and their translation into other languages, the text in Ukrainian shall be considered the main and correct.

14.2. Slot Machines (Slots):

14.2.1. Slots on the Organizer’s Website are a type of online casino game that simulate classical mechanical slot machines, where the game results are determined by a random number generator. Slots consist of reels with symbols that spin and may form winning combinations after stopping. The most common format is a 5×3 grid (five reels and three rows), though other formats may also be used.

14.2.2. The objective of the game is to collect a winning combination of symbols on one or more active lines. The amount of the In-Game Win depends on the selected bet and the specific symbols appearing on the winning line(s). Each Slot page contains a section that usually includes: game rules, payout table, and other additional information provided by the game provider.

14.3. Slot Symbols and Their Types:

SECTION 15. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROMOTIONS. FEATURES OF BONUS ACCOUNTING

15.2. Free spins (FS), respins and other Bonuses are not credited if they are not used (not activated) within the specified period within the framework of a specific promotional (bonus) offer.

15.3. The Organizer reserves the right to limit or cancel participation in promotional (bonus) programs for Players. In such cases, the Organizer's decision is final and cannot be appealed.

15.4. If for any reason beyond the Organizer's control, the Promotions cannot be held as planned, in particular due to failures on the Website caused by malicious software, communication disruptions, technical failures on the Internet, unauthorized interference with the Website, technical malfunctions or other reasons beyond the Organizer's control and affecting the execution, security, reliability of determining the results and/or proper conduct of the Promotions, the Organizer has the right, at its discretion, to cancel, annul, change or temporarily suspend the Promotions, as well as to declare invalid the actions and/or registrations carried out within the framework of the Promotion and the results of the Promotion as a whole.

15.5. The use of VPN (virtual private network) during participation in the Promotions is prohibited. Players who have joined the Website via VPN cannot count on the accrual of Bonuses, even if all other conditions for receiving the Bonus are met.

15.6. In the event of a group of Players being identified that is linked by geolocation, IP address, uses the same game strategies, identical and/or suspicious payment methods, has other common signs of suspicious activity, the Organizer has the right to cancel the result of the activity of such Players on the Website and deny them further use of the Website’s bonus offers.

15.7. The Organizer reserves the right to deactivate Promotions and other events for Players who have received an excessive amount and/or number of Bonuses compared to the amount and/or number of Deposits made. The Organizer may also cancel In-Game winnings received as a result of participation in any promotional offers for which there is suspicion of abuse by the Player.

15.8. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules for providing Bonuses at any time without prior notification to the Players of such a change.

15.9. Participants of the promotions, as subjects of personal data, by their participation confirm their consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer to fulfill the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine (ensuring tax and accounting, providing statistical reporting, carrying out advertising, etc.). Participants are aware of and understand their rights as the owner of personal data, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data".

15.10. In the event that the Player applies for a refund of the Bet and/or Deposit, the Organizer cancels all Bonuses and In-Game winnings related to the amount to be refunded.

15.11. Bets made from the Player's bonus balance cannot participate in any Promotions and/or tournaments, unless otherwise provided by the Organizer.

15.12. The Player is prohibited from intentionally postponing any game (prize) rounds, in particular, but not exclusively, free spins and/or bonus games when using Bonuses, in order to preserve bonus rounds and/or Bonuses. All postponed games, Bonuses, FS, as well as other manipulations of a suspicious nature with the above elements, may be regarded by the Organizer as a sign of fraud, which may lead to the cancellation of the In-Game Winnings, Bets, as well as the blocking of the Player's Personal Account on the Organizer's Website.

15.13. The Organizer reserves the right to limit bonus offers and change the provision of Bonuses of one type to an equivalent number of Bonuses of another type without explaining the reasons and prior notification of the Player about such a replacement.

15.14. The Organizer may offer individual Bonuses to the Player personally. The rules, conditions and details of using such a Bonus are sent to the Player by e-mail or other method.

15.15. Information about the type, amount of the Bonus, its validity period and methods of use is provided together with the notification of its accrual in an e-mail or in another way.

15.16. If the rules or conditions of an individual Bonus change, which are not published on the Organizer's Website, the Player may receive updated information in an e-mail or in another way.

 

SECTION 16. ERRORS/DEFECTS

16.1. The Organizer tries to correct any errors or failures that occur during the operation of the Website as quickly as possible. The Organizer is not responsible for faulty equipment and information technology tools used by the Player to access the Website and participate in Gambling. The Organizer is not responsible for the operation of Internet providers that provide the Player with access to the Internet.

16.2. According to the rules of the Gambling developers, in the event of failures and malfunctions in Gambling, all results and In-Game winnings of the current game session are canceled with the simultaneous return to the Player who experienced a failure or error in the Gambling Game, the amount of the last Deposit.

16.3. During the stay on the Website, circumstances may arise under which the Bet was made by mistake. For example, incorrect Bet conditions were specified and were not corrected, or a software failure occurred. An error may occur in the calculations of the Player's In-Game Winnings, etc. In these cases, the electronic money substitutes received by the Players must be returned to the Organizer by debiting such electronic money substitutes from the Player's Game Balance (Account).

16.4. The Organizer has the right to cancel any Bets made.

16.5. In the event that electronic money substitutes were credited to the Player's Game Balance (Account) by mistake or in violation of these Rules or the law, the Organizer has the right to cancel the Bets made by the Player and/or the In-Game Winnings that were credited to the Player. If the Winnings (prizes) have already been paid out in error, the Player is obliged to return all funds received in error within the time limits set by the Organizer.

16.6. In the event of a software error on the Player's side or on the Website, the Organizer is not liable for any possible losses incurred by the Player.

16.7. If information transmitted via the Internet is intercepted by attackers or third parties, the Organizer and its employees are not liable for any possible losses incurred by the Players. All responsibility for such losses lies with the Player who has not fully used the recommended means to protect Internet traffic.

16.8. If the Player discovers any technical malfunction (incorrect Bet/Bet, software failure, incorrect Bet conditions displayed, incorrect In-Game Winnings, Bonus, FS, Wager error, etc.) while playing Gambling, he undertakes to immediately stop the game session directly at the controversial moment and contact the Organizer's Support Service at the email address [email protected]. If the technical malfunction is confirmed, the Organizer will compensate the Player for the amount of the last Deposit in accordance with clause 16.2. of these Rules. The Player's continuation of playing Gambling after discovering a controversial moment will mean his unconditional, automatic, sole, full consent and

acceptance of the further results of such Gambling.

 

SECTION 17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

17.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or other damages (whether in contract, tort or otherwise), costs or damages, including without limitation, lost profits, loss of data, loss of business reputation, loss of or damage to property, or claims of third parties, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or any third party site.

17.4. This Website and its content are provided solely on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations, express or implied. The Organizer shall not be liable for the fact that the interface of the Website may not meet the expectations of the Player.

17.5. The Organizer, to the maximum extent permitted by law, disclaims all representations and warranties, express, implied or otherwise. No information or advice obtained from the Organizer, whether written or oral, shall create any warranty on the part of the Organizer. The Organizer expects Players to assume responsibility for their own actions and, accordingly, the Organizer shall not be liable for the actions of Players and third parties using this Website.

17.6. The Organizer does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials presented on this Website or on third party sites will be uninterrupted, available or error-free, that defects or errors will be corrected, or that this Website will be accessible, free of viruses or other harmful components. Each Player uses this Website at his own risk, which he voluntarily assumes.

17.7. If the Player is dissatisfied with the Website or its content, the Player’s sole remedy is to discontinue using this Website.

17.9. In order to ensure compliance with international standards, the Organizer acts in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of preventing and combating the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime, the financing of terrorism and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. Therefore, by registering on the Organizer's Website, the Player undertakes to comply with legal norms, in particular international ones, which are aimed at combating illegal money laundering, financial fraud, money laundering and legalization of funds obtained illegally. The Player undertakes to make maximum efforts to prevent direct or indirect complicity in illegal financial activities and any other illegal transactions using the Organizer's Website. The Player guarantees the legal origin, legal possession and legal right to use the funds used by the Player to make Deposits to the Player's own Game Balance (account).

SECTION 18. FINAL PROVISIONS

18.2. Placing a Bet in a Gambling Game by the Player gives the Organizer reason to believe that the Player has read the Rules and agreed to participate in the relevant game on the terms specified therein, and has concluded an agreement with the Organizer on participation in the gambling game (public offer agreement) with all changes in effect on the date of the last Bet.
