SECTION 1. INTRODUCTION. RULES OF THE ORGANIZER OF GAMBLING AND RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN GAMBLING

2.2. Gambling is any game with the condition that the player makes a bet that gives the right to win (prize), the probability of receiving and the amount of which depends in whole or in part on chance, as well as knowledge and skills of the player.

2.3. The Organizer's brand is a set of qualitative characteristics that allow any person to distinguish the organizer of gambling under the brand "ChampionCasino" (translated into Ukrainian - «Чемпіон Казино»), which are objects of intellectual property (marks for goods and services).

2.18. 2.19. The funds of the Deposit that were not used in Gambling and those that were used and lost by the Player in Gambling are not subject to return, except in the following cases:
- fraudulent actions by third parties, which are confirmed by written and other evidence recorded by law enforcement agencies of Ukraine or established in court proceedings;
- occurrence of force majeure and other cases provided for by law, which will be considered individually by the Organiser of Gambling.

2.22. Replenishment is any financial transaction for the receipt of funds on the Client's Client Account for participation in Gambling.

SECTION 3. GENERAL INFORMATION

3.2. 3.10. By registering on the website https://championcasino.ua, the Player confirms that he is not:

a) an incapacitated and limitedly capable person;

b) a person who has not reached the age of 21;

c) a person who, according to the legislation, has appropriate restrictions;

d) a person who is in a state of drug or alcohol intoxication;

e) a person deemed undesirable by "Limon" LLC;

f) a person entered in the Register of persons who are restricted from access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling.

3.11. By accepting these Rules, the Player agrees not to open the Player's Client Account and will not attempt to use the Player's Client Account if he is a citizen or resident in one of the above countries, otherwise the Player's Client Account will be blocked. By accepting these Rules, the Player also agrees that the Organizer has the right to unilaterally decide on Payments from the blocked Client Account of the Player, except in cases of return of Bets to legal representatives.

3.12. In case of violation of these Rules, the Organizer reserves the right to block the Client's Client account.

3.13. Disputes arising in connection with the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved in accordance with the requirements of current legislation of Ukraine.

3.14. Nothing in the Rules may be construed as establishing between the Player and the Organizer an agency relationship, a partnership relationship, a joint venture relationship, a personal employment relationship, or any other legal relationship not expressly provided for in these Rules.

3.15. A player who believes that his rights and interests have been violated due to the actions of the Organizer or third parties, can contact the support service on the site to file a claim, or send it to the email address [email protected]. Requests sent to the e-mail address of the Organizer's support service are processed within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of receipt of the letter.

3.16. All telephone conversations with the Organizer's support service are recorded (recorded in real time), ensuring the privacy of the Player. By accepting these Rules, the Player gives his unconditional consent to the recording of telephone conversations of the Player by the support service of the Organizer. The organizer reserves the right to store and use the information obtained from such conversations. Refusal to record telephone conversations of the Player with the support service of the Organizer is considered a significant violation of the Rules by the Player.

3.17. In case of adoption of regulations by the authorities of Ukraine, which fully or partially affect the operation of the Website, the Organizer reserves the right to make any changes in the operation of the Website aimed at bringing activities in line with established norms.

3.18. If these Rules are available on the Website in several languages ​​for informational purposes and to facilitate access to players, the Player agrees that if any differences are found between the Ukrainian version of these Rules and the other language version, the Ukrainian version shall prevail.

SECTION 4. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GAMBLING ORGANIZER

4.1. The organizer is prohibited from:

4.1.1. Accept bets in Gambling from persons who cannot be Players in accordance with these Rules and the Law of Ukraine "On State Regulation of Activities Concerning the Organization and Conduct of Gambling".

4.1.2. Accept bets on games with lottery features, accept bets on the results of lotteries in Ukraine and / or other countries.

4.1.3. Casino gambling on the Internet without a license.

4.1.4. Offer as a prize or instead of a prize alcoholic beverages, beer, soft drinks, wine, tableware or tobacco products or other property, possession or disposal of which provides for obtaining permits or licenses.

4.1.5. Offer or give to players free of charge or as a reward for gambling alcoholic beverages, beer, soft drinks or tobacco products or property, possession or disposal of which provides for obtaining permits or licenses.

4.1.6. Force Gamblers to participate in Gambling.

4.1.7. Make a Payout of the Win, its equivalent or a refund of the Bet to any third parties, including persons in whose favor the Player proposes to make a payout of the winnings, its equivalent or a refund of the Bet. This restriction does not apply to applications for refunds of Bets made by a person under the age of 21, an incapacitated person or a person whose civil capacity is limited, if the person applying for a refund of the Rate is his legal representative. 4.1.8. Acceptance of Bets on credit (with installment payment) or with subsequent payment, except for payment of Bets by credit or debit cards in the presence of payment authorization.

4.1.9. Provide loans to the Player for participation in Gambling, place in gambling establishments banking and credit institutions, pawnshops, ATMs, currency exchange offices.

4.2. Rights of the Organizer:

4.2.2. Carry out other activities in the field of gambling in the case of obtaining an appropriate license to conduct activities for the organization and conduct of gambling.

4.2.4. Have the right to own or use the online gambling organizer system.

4.2.5. Accept Bets from persons who are on the territory of Ukraine or abroad, subject to the exceptions of paragraph 3.9.

4.2.6. Refuse to calculate the Bet, win winnings, refund the Deposit or make other payments to the Player and a person who is not a Player and is not entitled to receive such Win or Bet in accordance with these Rules.

4.2.7. Refuse the Player to accept any Bet.

4.2.8. Refuse to pay out Winnings and return the Bets made to the Player if there are grounds provided by the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Terrorist Financing and Financing of Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction".

4.2.9. Prohibit or restrict access to the Player and / or visitor to the Website https://championcasino.ua, if such person obstructs the betting or in respect of which there is a suspicion of using methods, technologies, programs, techniques that may affect the results of winnings, or which hinders the payment of winnings, violates the terms of the rules of casino gambling on the Internet of the Organizer of gambling, the agreement on participation in gambling (offer agreement) and other regulations of the Organizer.

4.2.10. 4.2.20. 4.2.21. Provide the Player with a substantiated suspicion in writing or in electronic form, stating the facts of such suspicion.

4.3. Responsibilities of the Organizer:

4.3.1. Carry out activities exclusively on the basis of a license to organize and conduct gambling casinos on the Internet.

4.3.2. Organize and conduct gambling casinos on the Internet, which comply with the Law of Ukraine "On state regulation of activities for the organization and conduct of gambling" through the Website at https://championcasino.ua.

4.3.3. Comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On state regulation of gambling organization and conduct", License conditions for activities in the field of organization and conduct of gambling casinos on the Internet and other regulations in the field of organization and conduct of gambling.

4.3.4. Adhere to the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Financing of Terrorism and Financing of Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction" and other regulations governing activities in the field of prevention and counteraction to legalization (laundering) of proceeds criminal, terrorist financing and financing the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

4.3.5. Pay for the relevant license or licenses received by the organizer in a timely manner.

4.3.9. Use gambling equipment that excludes the possibility of unauthorized interference in its activities or the creation of conditions for a predetermined outcome of gambling.

4.3.10. 4.3.11. 4.3.19. Take measures to prevent the payment of Winnings, refund of the Deposit, other payments to any third parties, including persons in whose favor the Player offers to make a payment or refund, except in cases of refund of bets made by a minor, incapacitated person or person, civil capacity which is restricted, or a person entered in the Register of persons who are restricted access to gambling establishments and / or participation in gambling, if the person applying for a refund of the Bet is the legal representative of such person.

4.3.20. Take measures to prevent persons under the age of 21 and other persons who, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On State Regulation of Activities Concerning the Organization and Conduct of Gambling" from Gambling, may not be Players.

4.3.21. Ensure identification (verification, establishment of data) of the Player in the manner prescribed by these Rules and current legislation of Ukraine.

4.3.22. Refrain from providing players with bonus payments, gifts and / or providing goods (services) solely in the form of incentives in order to encourage the game, the provision of which is directly due to the fact of loss of the Player in the relevant Gambling.

4.3.23. In cases provided by the Law of Ukraine "On state regulation of activities related to the organization and conduct of gambling" to restrict a person's participation in gambling.

4.3.24. Not to make a Payment if the contract on participation in the Gambling Game is declared invalid or if the contract is void by law.

4.3.25. Ensure certification and inspection of the Organizer's online system by certification entities included in the list of certification entities by the Authorized Body.

4.3.26. Ensure the availability on the Website, mobile applications and other software and hardware, if used, reliable information in the state language about: full name of the Organizer according to the constituent documents, identification code of the Organizer, license information (license decision, gambling rules casino games on the Internet, the procedure and terms of payment of winnings, information about mobile applications and other gaming equipment used by the Organizer, service and technical support of the Organizer, information materials on gambling addiction and responsible play, ways to help people suffering from gambling addiction and contact details of medical centers treating gambling addiction, warnings prohibiting gambling from persons under the age of 21, limited to able-bodied and incapacitated persons, as well as persons entered in the Register of persons with limited access to gambling establishments and / or participation in gambling, information about the total percentage of winnings (theoretical return to the Player).

4.3.27. To fulfill other duties provided by these Rules, the Law of Ukraine "On state regulation of activities related to the organization and conduct of gambling" and other acts of legislation on gambling.

SECTION 5. RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PLAYER

5.1. Terms:

5.1.1. A player is a natural person who meets the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On State Regulation of Activities Concerning the Organization and Conduct of Gambling" and these Rules.

5.1.2. Execution of a Gambling Bet by an individual is the conclusion of an agreement on participation in the Gambling (offer agreement) between him and the Organizer, who conducts the respective Gambling Game. The Agreement on participation in the Gambling Game is considered concluded from the moment the Player Gets the Gambling Bet.

5.1.3. The Player is responsible for the accuracy of the documents and information provided to the Organizer, in accordance with applicable law.

5.1.4. The player bears full civil liability for violation of the requirements and obligations under the Law of Ukraine "On State Regulation of Gambling Activities and Activities", License Terms of Activities in the Organization and Conduct of Casino Gambling on the Internet, rules of casino gambling in the Internet of the organizer of gambling, the agreement on participation in gambling (the offer agreement) and other regulations in the field of the organization and carrying out of gambling.

5.1.5. Violation of the requirements of these Rules and regulations in the field of organization and conduct of gambling may lead to blocking of the Client's account, cancellation of all bets and other actions directed by the Organizer to terminate the relationship with the Player.

5.1.6. It is forbidden to take part in Gambling:

a) founders (participants, shareholders), leaders of the Organizer, in which they are founders and / or hold managerial positions;

b) representatives of the founders (participants, shareholders), managers of the Organizer, in which they are representatives of the founder and / or hold senior positions;

c) persons who may have information about the outcome of the Gambling;

d) persons who have the opportunity to influence the outcome of the Gambling or the amount of the Winnings (prize);

e) The Chairman, members and officials of the Authorized Body, except for inspections by the method of control procurement.

5.2. The Organizer may consider the Player undesirable in the following cases:

5.2.1. In case of suspicion of fraudulent actions on the part of the Player and revealing the facts of replenishment of the Client's account by third parties or when the personal data of the card do not correspond to the data of the Client's account holder.

5.2.2. 5.6. The player has the right to:

9.25. The maximum amount of one-time replenishment of the Deposit is UAH 29900.00 (twenty-nine thousand nine hundred hryvnias zero kopecks).

9.26. The maximum amount of replenishment per day is UAH 29900.00 (twenty-nine thousand nine hundred hryvnias zero kopecks).

9.27. The maximum amount of replenishment per month is UAH 399000.00 (three hundred and ninety-nine thousand hryvnias zero kopecks).

9.28. For each Client’s account, the Organizer may set additional limits (restrictions) in accordance with the Rules of the Organizer and the requirements of current legislation of Ukraine.

9.29. In case of suspicion of violation of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Financing of Terrorism and Financing of Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction", or suspicion of violation of other norms and rules above, the Organizer has the right to conduct additional inspections with deferred payment of funds to the Player, for the entire period of such verification.

9.30. The Organizer reserves the right to refund (withdraw) funds from the Client's Client Account in any way in its sole discretion, including determining the commission, limits on the number and amount of Transactions, in accordance with the Legislation of Ukraine.

9.31. At the request of the verified Player, the Organizer is obliged to issue an electronic settlement document (including electronic fiscal check), which is created by the program registrar of settlement operations at the time of settlement operation and registered by the fiscal server of the controlling body. assigning him a fiscal number from the range of numbers generated by the fiscal server, the information in which is recorded in the form of electronic data, including mandatory details of the settlement document in the prescribed form.

SECTION 10. INACTIVE CLIENT’s ACCOUNTS OF THE PLAYER

10.1. Inactive ("Sleeping") Client's Account of the Player is a Client Account where for more than a year (12 months) there was no:

b) withdrawal of funds.

10.3. In case of receiving the status of inactive ("sleeping") Client Account of the Player, from the positive balance on the account the administrative fee for servicing the inactive account will be deducted to cover administrative expenses in the amount of UAH 100.00 (one hundred hryvnias zero kopecks) per month. The administrative fee is charged to the zero balance on the Client's account, with the zero balance on the Client's account the administrative fee for account maintenance is not charged.

10.4. The Player will be notified of the inactive status of his Client Account and of the first withdrawal of the account maintenance fee using the contact information provided in the profile and confirmed. 10.6. The Player has the right to withdraw the balance on the Client's account at any time by available payment methods, provided that the requirements of these Rules are met.

10.7. The Player may at any time "activate" his inactive Client’s Account by doing one of the following:

a) replenish the Client's account in order to participate in Gambling (successful deposit);

10.8. SECTION 11. COMMUNICATION WITH SUPPORT SERVICE

11.1. 11.2. The player undertakes to communicate with the Support Service operator:

a) do not use obscene or vulgar expressions (swearing);

b) not to offend the operator and not to degrade his dignity;

c) not to threaten the operator or other employees of the Organizer;

d) not to apply to the support service operator on issues that do not relate to the concluded agreement on participation in Gambling, the possibility of concluding and executing an agreement on participation in Gambling;

e) not to abuse the right to appeal to the Support Service and not to interfere with the work of the Support Service (repeated appeals, spam, floods, etc.).

11.3. If the Player commits a violation of these Rules when communicating with the support service operator, the operator:

a) warns the Player that his behavior is a violation of these Rules;

b) requires an end to the violation and warns the Player of the consequences provided for in the Rules if the Player continues to violate these Rules.

11.4. If after the warning of the Support Service operator the Player continues to violate these Rules, the operator decides to temporarily suspend the Player's right to apply to the Support Service for a period of 1 day to 3 months. SECTION 12. RULES OF SELF-LIMITATION

12.1. Restriction of a person's participation in gambling by entering in the Register of persons restricted access to gambling establishments and / or participation in gambling is carried out:

a) independently upon the application of a person by personal submission to the Organizer or the Authorized Body of a written application (application for self-restraint) with the simultaneous presentation of an identity document;

c) by court decision.

The application for self-restraint must contain: information on the surname, name, patronymic (if any) of the individual who submits the application; information on the surname, name, patronymic (if any) of the person subject to the restriction, data of the identity document (name of the document, series (if any), number, date of issue, name of the state body that issued the document, official name of the body of the foreign state in which the document was issued); term of refusal to visit gambling establishments and participation in other types of gambling; the date of the application and the personal signature of the applicant (except for the application submitted in electronic form).

12.7. The Organizer immediately, but not later than within 24 (twenty four) hours from the date of receipt of the application for self-restraint returns the application to the Player to eliminate deficiencies only if it is impossible to identify the person for whom the application is submitted.

12.8. If the period of restriction on participation in Gambling in the submitted application is less than six months or is absent, it is considered that such application is submitted for a period of six months.

12.9.
